Tournament Format:
There will be three preliminary rounds of competition followed by a Final consisting of Varsity students who ranked 1-7 in prelims and a Next-In Final consisting of Varsity students who ranked 8-14 in prelims.

There will also be a Novice Final consisting of the top 7 ranked Novice students.

Please have your bus drop off students at ERHS in the morning.

To reduce paper waste, we will use eBallots, post schematics electronically, and set up a website for maps and helpful links.

Speaking, Humorous, Informative, Original Oratory, Prose (counts as a Drama bid), or Program Oral Interpretation can earn a bid that will get them one step closer to competing at the NIETOC Tournament. If there are enough entries in any of the NIETOC categories, we may offer a Merit and Consolation final to offer more bids.

MSHSL Categories:
Extemp. Reading (Prose): TBA
