This is a High School tournament in Minnesota.

The Section 1A Speech Tournament will be Saturday April 13 in Byron, MN

Be sure to let the tournament manager know ASAP if your team has a drop so the alternate can be contacted and also on Saturday so the schedule can be adjusted.

Coaches please remember to bring:

1.  Registration check  ($20 per entry)

2.  Scripts for all presentations except Discussion, Extemp. Reading, Extemp. Speaking and Storytelling

3.  Adult timers with stopwatches ...  Cannon Falls - 5  ...  Chatfield - 3 ... Cotter - 6  ...   Randolph and Zumbrota-Mazzepa - 2 each

                                                               All others bring 1,  except Spring Grove bring 0

4.  Time Frame:  Registration open at 8:30, Timers Meeting 8:45, Draw Meeting 8:50, Judges Meeting 9:00, Round 1 Draws 9:10, Round 1, except Draw categories 9:30, Round 1 Draw Categories 9:40, Round 2 Draws 10:30, Round 2 11:00, Round 3 Draws 12:00, Round 3 12:30.

                              Tentative Draw for Finals 1:30, Tentative Start Time for Finals 2:00,  Tentative Awards 3:30

5.  Please double-check your team registration in Speechwire.  Right now both ES and OO will have 1 section in prelims, but will also have a Finals round.

6.  Again, if you know of any changes to your roster, please let me know ASAP so Alternates can be alerted.
