This is a High School tournament in Ohio.

Greetings from the North Coast of Ohio.  Edison High School invites you to attend its 28th Annual All Events Speech and Debate Tournament on Saturday, October 28, 2023. This year we will offering Middle School competition in Declamation, Original Oratory, Interpretation, Public Forum Debate, 2 Person Policy debate and congressional debate. (Middle School and High School congressional debate will use the same docket of 7 pieces of legislation which are currently uploaded.) Lincoln Douglas and high school Public Forum will use the NSDA topic for November.  Middle School Public Forum will use the OSDA-written Public Forum Topic which will be released October 1st.

See the general invitation for information on times,  Rounds begin at 9 a.m. sharp! (Policy debate, however, starts at 8:30!)  . Entry fee is $5.00 per student.  There are caps in LD, congress and PF.

Checks should be made out to Edison High School.  Please do NOT bring a Purchase Order.  We accept cash or checks!

All events are in-person.

We are limited in space, so please don't wait too long before you register, BUT don't make a ton of bogus registrations and then drop them all the week of the tournament!  Please register ONLY those that you truly believe will be competing!
