We would like to welcome you all to the Western Conference and Mitchell Invitational tournaments.  We are trying something new this year by adding an Invitational alongside our conference meet.  We hope to see you all here at Mitchell on Saturday, February 29th.

Please use SpeechWire to add your entries.  The Varsity division is for the Invitational side.  Conference Schools please use the WTC division for your conference entries.  Your initial entries are due by February 24th by 4 pm.  Additions and changes can be made after initial entries, but we need accurate numbers to assign judges and rooms.  Registration will be closed Thursday, February 28th by 4 pm.  Entries fees will be $7 per event for the Invitational side of the tournament. We have already reached out to many of you, but please understand that we will probably need you to judge. Each judge covers up to 6 entries, and each missing judge costs $15.00. Due to the size of our building we are forced to limit entries on a 5-4-3 format.  You are allowed to enter 5 contestants in each solo event; 4 duets, and 3 OIDs.  Conference Schools are allowed 3 of these entries in solo events and duet and 2 in OID.  Conference schools can fill and are encouraged to fill the rest of their allowed slots on the Invitational side.

All drops need to be made by 7:45 am on February 29th; however, we greatly appreciate early drops. If you have drops the morning of the meet, please try and drop them on the bus ride here (via text), so we can get the meet started on time.
