HIGH SCHOOL EVENTS

Individual Events: We will offer a total of four (3) rounds of competition. You may enter up to four (4) competitors in each category and list them as Varsity. We may adjust this number in each category as entry numbers warrant. Any other competitor should be listed as JV and will be added to the tournament as long as space permits. There will be a maximum of 4 entries per team. If you have additional entries, please enter them and they will be placed on the waitlist. Pending space, entries will be removed from the waitlist in the order that they were received on a rotating basis by school. We cannot accept adds after the entry deadline.

Lincoln-Douglas Debate: We will offer four (3) preliminary rounds of competition, with the possibility of a 4th round, time permitting. Please follow the January NSDA topic. **DEBATE, PLEASE NOTE: LD and PF will be flighted with random pairing in round 1 and and power-paired rounds 2 and 3 (high-low then high-high).

Congress: We will be hosting student congress at the tournament in both HS and MS. We will be utilizing the OSDA docket assigned for January 11th for legislation. We will have 2 preliminary sessions of Congress (approximately 1.5 hrs. each). We will be scoring based on judge preference/ranks. We will also be using direct questioning and precedence and recency will reset each session. We will break to a final chamber and final session legislation will be determined the week prior to the tournament.
