Hello all!
We will be using SpeechWire to tab the meet. All entries must be submitted through SpeechWire. We will be running both JV and Varsity. If there are not many JV entries, we will combine JV entries with Varsity to run the competition a bit quicker. Please submit your entries early and often, and if you have any changes post deadline, email me as soon as you know of them. We are not capping any events, but please keep in mind that if you are bringing a large number of entries in events, your students may end up hitting.
The last day to register competitors will be January 22nd at 5:00PM.
The general meeting will be held in the schools Library. Please arrive and unload at the Memorial Hall doors (east side of the school, middle of the block). This is also the entrance for parents. Extemp draw begins shortly after registration, so please make sure your Extempers are ready to go so we can start our tournament on time. We will have student ambassadors to help you and your students navigate the building.
Judges: Please provide one judge for every 5 entries or fraction thereof. We will provide judges at a cost of $ 15.00 for each uncovered slot
Fees: $ 7 per entry. $15 for each uncovered judging slot.

1:45 PM Extemp Draw Finals

4:30 PM Awards (Memorial Hall - Above Cafeteria)
Full concessions will be available all day. We will have items ready for sale immediately upon arrival until the beginning of awards. Please remind your students to keep all concessions in the cafeteria and not to take food or drink into classrooms. (Water is allowed.) A hospitality room will be available for coaches, judges, and drivers.
Parking is available for vans and cars around the school building. There is a lot to the north of the school for buses to park after unloading.

As I am still new to hosting tournaments, if you have any comments or suggestions throughout this process of registering and running the meet, I welcome your advice.
