OLMSTED FALLS KIWANIS 23rd Annual Forensic Tournament
What: The Olmsted Falls Kiwanis Speech and Debate Tournament
When: Saturday, December 7, 2019 Registration begins at 8:00 am

SPEECH EVENTS Will be held at
Olmsted Falls High School

Olmsted Falls, Ohio 44138
DEBATE Events will be at
Olmsted Falls Middle School/Intermediate School
27045 Bagley Road
Olmsted Falls, Ohio 44138
Congress will depend on registration numbers and will be announced at a later time
Closing Awards Ceremony will be held at the High School
Some events will be held down the street at the Middle School/Intermediate School. This will be announced as we near the date of the tournament.
Registration Deadline: Thursday December 5th @ 6:00 pm
Cost: $4.00 per student
Check in: Check in at Olmsted Falls High School will be from 8:00am to 8:30am. Please be prompt, we would like to begin Round I promptly at 9:00am. (Extemp draw is scheduled for 8:45am)

Judge requirements:
Big Questions Debate: 1 Judge per 1-2 entries
Policy (2 person) 1 Judge per 1 -2 entries
Lincoln/Douglas 1 Judge per 1-2 entries
Public Forum 1 Judge per 1 - 2 entries
Individual Events 1 Judge per 5 entries
(2 for 6-10, 3 for 11 - 15, etc.)
Student Congress: 1 Judge per 5 entries
Middle School: 1 Judge per 5 entries
Middle School Congress will use items 3,5,7,9,10 on the OSDA Middle School docket.
Debate Topics : We will use all NSDA topics, we will use the November/December LD resolution and the December Public Forum resolution
