This is an invitation to the Carolyn Keefe Memorial Tournament/SNAFU 1 at West Chester University, sent via SpeechWire Tournament Services - www.SpeechWire.com. West Chester UNiversity and the Southern and Northern Atlantic Forensic Union cordially invites you and your students to attend this and all of the 2019-20 SNAFU Season Tournaments. SNAFU tournaments are part of swings either with the host school or as an all SNAFU swing; both tournaments will take place at the host school. At all tournaments we will offer all 11 AFA events at both halves of the swing, as well as IPDA Debate. IMPORTANT! - How to submit entries for your team This and ALL SNAFU tournaments will use SpeechWire Tournament Services to run online registration. In order to confirm that you are attending and submit your entries online, you need to log in to your SpeechWire head coach account. To do so, please do the following: 1. In your preferred web browser, go to http://www.SpeechWire.com and click on the 'Your account' tab at the very top of the screen. 2. Log in with your email address and account password. If you have forgotten your password, click the 'Forgot password?' button. If there is a new head coach this year, please email accounts@speechwire.com to get the email address on the head coach account changed. 3. Click the 'Tournament registration' icon and then click on Carolyn Keefe Memorial Tournament to submit your entries. If you have trouble registering, please email SpeechWire account support at accounts@speechwire.com for assistance.

• Each tournament should be paid separately. Personal checks for the Keefe Memorial Tournament should be made payable to Alane Presswood if possible; Institutional checks for the Keefe should be payable to West Chester University Forensics.  Separate checks for the SNAFU tournament should be made payable to SNAFU.
• In the instance of checks that exceed entry fees, excess payment will be refunded via check within 10 business days.
• Tournament fees will be $10.00 for each IE or Debate entry.  A duo counts as one entry.
• Entries must be received no later than 5:00 local time on Wednesday, October 9, 2018.  Please enter The Keefe Tournament entries and SNAFU #1 separately via SpeechWire.

​Any changes after the entry deadline for The Keefe will incur the following additional fees:

• $10.00 per slot through Thursday (additions only if space permits)
• $15.00 per slot and $40 per dropped judge through Friday (additions cannot be accepted at this time)
• $25 per IE slot, $50 per debater, and $120 per judge plus judging fees Saturday.  No additions will be accepted at registration.
