We are pleased to invite you and your NOVICE Speech & Debate competitors to The GlenOak JV Fall Forensic Frolic - 2019! The tournament is Saturday, October 26 at GlenOak High School and the Plain Community Campus in Canton, Ohio. We have made significant changes to the 2019 tournament! Please, READ the entire Invitation which is under "Files for Download" on SpeechWire. Briefly, we have changed our approach to Lincoln-Douglas Debate and Public Forum Debate. Lincoln-Douglas will follow the NSDA Novice resolution on Civil Disobedience Public Forum will use the NSDA September/October resolution on "The Belt and Road Initiative." Congress Legislation is from the Semi & Final Rounds from the 2019 OSDA State Tournament.
