OO's and Informative speeches as well as their paperwork can be submitted the day of the meet that is fine. Have them printed and ready to turn in. Don't email them or mail them. Just bring them the day of. 

Bring Double-Entry forms with you on the day of! - That means printed off, completely filled out (including codes of both events), signed, and ready to turn in. 

Notice the trend in the above - have your material printed off and ready to turn in. DON'T SHOW UP EXPECTING TO PRINT THINGS OFF AT THE BEGINNING OF THE MEET.

No need to worry about the registration forms because it's all done online.

Just wanted to let you know that CHSAA is going to be printing Invoices for our Regional tomorrow (2/1).  Kenzie Hewson, Director of Business Operations, will invoice schools for nonpayment Wednesday (2/13).

PRE- REGISTRATION

Schools MUST pre-register one week prior to the regional tournament in order to be eligible to compete.  Preregistration is available at www.speechwire.com. Contact your regional director if you are unsure how to register for your regional tournament.  Please register your team online and send payment to CHSAA.  Payment must be received by CHSAA by the Wednesday following the Regional Tournament or a late fee will be assessed.

PLEASE REMEMBER:

A $25.00 late fee will be assessed those schools not meeting the registration deadline!!!
