Forensics Colleagues and Friends,

We would like to invite you to the annual Oklahoma Interstate Forensics Association State Tournament to be held February 22-23rd, 2019 on the campus of Oklahoma City University.  The tournament offers a full day of IPDA and Parliamentary debate formats on Friday and a complete IE tournament on Saturday.  Parliamentary and IPDA debate will offer five preliminary rounds on Friday with out rounds as needed on Saturday. NPDA and IPDA will include one open division. Students may enter either Parliamentary or IPDA on Friday, but not both. This tournament is open to any college and university.

The tournament director reserves the right to limit the number of entries from a school, and/or balance rounds with students from the same school in order to accommodate judging obligations from schools with large entries.

Please submit entries on Speechwire.com.  The entry deadline is 5 PM CST on February 19th.  The drop deadline is at 5PM CST on February 20th.

Tournament rules and schedule are on the following pages.
