Falcon Speech and Debate at Charles Flanagan High School is pleased to host its 5th annual Flacon Invitational on Saturday, November 18, 2017
At this year's tournament, we are pleased to welcome middle schools in our novice division in Lincoln Douglas, Public Forum, and Congressional Debate as well as in any of our open speech  divisions. 
In the event that signup in any novice division does no meet minimum numbers, that division will be moved in with varsity and we will recognize the top novice and top middle school novice for each event. 
Top middle school competitors will also be recognized in all events regardless of division.
Registration opens on November 1st and will remain open until 5:00 pm on Monday, November 13th.  
Cost per competitor in all events is $18.00 and that will include a pasta lunch.  Please notify Susan McGraw by email at falcondebatecoach@gmail.com Monday Monday, November 13th if you have a competitor with special dietary needs so that we can order food specifically for that compEtitor.  Breakfast and snacks will be available for purchase.  
Drops after November 13th @ 5:00 pm will incur the original registration cost of $18.00
Drops after Thursday, November 16th at 5:00 pm will incur the original registration cost plus a $10.00 drop fee.
Drops on Saturday for any reason will incur the original $18.00 registration cost plus a $25.00 inconvenience fee.

Congress Legislation should be in NSDA format in a word document with the author and school noted.
Legislation should be submitted no later than November 9th at 5:00 pm to falcondebatecoach@gmail.com. 
Please put the title: Falcon Invitational Legislation in the subject bar to insure that your legislation is not overlooked.
We plan to run 4 double-flighted PF and LD rounds
Policy will also have 4 rounds.
Congressional Debate will have 2 sessions and break to a finals session in each division.
Speech will have 5 rounds and the lowest round will be dropped.
All rounds will begin at 8:30 and Extemp draw will be at 8:00.
