I want to have a ballpark number for my food vendors. Doors will be open for registration at 12:30 PM (ACT testing will be taking place until noon). This is a minimally flighted tournament, with rounds and extemp prep beginning at 1:30 PM!

JUDGES & COACHES ONLY: You are HIGHLY encouraged to wear a costume to the meet! (No masks for safety reasons, please). To clarify, STUDENTS should NOT wear costumes. We will have a bucket for "best costume" nominations. The costume with the most votes will receive a prize! (Congrats to the 2015 Winner, Holly Reineking of Westfield - my students are still talking about your Harley Quinn costume!!)

FOOD: Heavy snacks will be available for purchase throughout the afternoon, with dinner served in the evening. We'll have Halloween candy, too. There will be LOTS of food!!

JUDGES/COACHES LOUNGE: There will be LOTS of food and seating. Coffee, bottled water, assorted sodas, candy, heavy snacks, healthy snacks, and an AMAZING dinner will be provided. Your judges will not want to  miss this judges' lounge - one for the history books!
