Date: February 20th, 2027

Time: Registration: 7:15-7:45 AM CST 

Round 1 Extemp Prep: 7:45 AM CST 

Round 1 Events Start: 8:15 AM CST 

Site: Elm Creek High School 

Awards: Varsity and novice medals will be awarded to the top 6 in all events. We will be awarding team champion and team runner up plaques.

Entry Fees: Entry Fees are $7.00 per event. You must provide one judge for each six entries or part thereof. Hired judges are $75.00 each. Please do your best to cover entries as we have a limited supply of judges. 

Parking: Team buses may drop off students in the loading area in front of the high school and proceed to park on the west side of the elementary building. Teams will enter the building from the MAIN ENTRANCE at Elm Creek HS.

Concessions: Will be available in the commons of the high school. 

Schedule: 7:15-7:45 AM - Registration  

7:45 AM: Round 1 Extemp Prep 

8:15 AM: Round 1 - Flight A

9:30 AM: Round 1 - Flight B & Round 2 Extemp Prep

10:45 AM: Round 2 - Flight A

12:00 AM: Round 2 - Flight B & Finals Extemp Prep

1:00 PM: Finals - Flight A (or ASAP)

2:15 PM: Finals - Flight B (or ASAP)

3:45 PM: Awards in Performing Arts Center 

Registration: Registration for your team will be at https://www.speechwire.com/c-info.php?tournid=12378. Entries are due by 11:59 PM on 2/18/2027. Changes in your entries can be made up to 11:59 PM on 2/19/2027.
