This is a High School tournament in Illinois.

The Royal Speech Team of Larkin High School cordially invites you to attend the Larkin Royal Rumble that will be held on Saturday, January 23rd, 2027. Theme TBD!

We will offer 2 preliminary rounds, one being double-judged, and a Varsity and Next-In final round. Extemp and Radio will prep for both prelims and then again for finals. Teams will be capped at 3 entries (you can request more entries, but they may or may not be granted due to space) per category and are required to bring 1 judge for every 5 entries. We will need a lot of judges, so if you have any extra judges available, sign them up! If you're bringing any Speech Alum to judge, please make sure they are at least 2 years removed from high school (Class of 2025 or older).

Fees are as follows:

1-14 entries: $125.00

15-28 entries: $175.00

28+ entries: $225.00
