General information This is a College tournament in Indiana. View manager contact information Dear Forensics Community, We are very pleased to invite you and your team to the Butler University tournament, The Circle City Classic, on Sunday, December 6, 2026. After you finish competing at the University of Indianapolis on the south side on Saturday, drive just a few miles north to join us on our beautiful campus for our Sunday tournament featuring competition in individual events, IPDA, and Team IPDA. The IE portion of the tournament offers competition in all 11 AFA events. Debate competition (with 4 Preliminary rounds and out-rounds as necessary) will run concurrent with the IE tournament. Students may compete in up to three IE events per flight. Students may enter only one style of debate. Debate competitors may not enter IE flight A but may enter up to three events in IE flight B. All competition will feature registration, balloting, and tabulation using Speechwire. To get everyone home earlier on the second half of the swing, competition will begin with Extemp prep and debate strike 1 at 7:30AM Eastern Time. Additionally, final rounds may be combined if we have enough judges. Please do your best to cover your entries. Please note the entry deadline of 5:00 p.m. EST, Tuesday, December 1, 2026. Drops and name changes will not occur a fee until 12:00 PM noon on Thursday, December 3, 2026.
