East Chambers High School – Winnie, Texas

Thank you for considering the Buccaneers & Bills Invitational! We are excited to offer an early-season UIL-style Congressional Debate tournament designed to give students valuable experience before the official UIL season begins.

Tournament highlights include:

UIL-style Congressional Debate format
Three chambers with a maximum of 15 competitors each (45-entry cap)
Morning and afternoon sessions
Legislation will consist of the 2025-2026 UIL 3A State Congress PRELIM Legislation packet available on the UIL website and also via this link: https://www.uiltexas.org/files/academics/speech/3A_StateLegislation2.pdf.
Awards for top 3 speakers in each chamber.
Concessions will be available for students to purchase.
Hospitality will be provided for judges, coaches, and drivers.
$20 per student entry fee.
