Thanks to Dr. Barnes (UTK) and Dr. Richey (MTSU) for running the tab room. The staff will be using SpeechWire.
-All judging ballots will be electronic.
-All IPDA debaters and judges and IE speech judges will need an active SpeechWire account and an electronic device to submit their ballots.
