This is a Middle School tournament in Wisconsin.

Welcome!  We are excited to host a forensics meet at West this year!

Registration: 4:00 - 4:20
Judges Meeting in LGI: 4:30
Contestant Meeting in Gym: 4:30
Round I: 4:45-6:15
Round II: 6:30 - 8:00
Dance in the Gym: After Round II
Awards: 8:30

DROPOFF: Oak Creek West Middle School is located at 8401 South 13th Street, Oak Creek, WI 53154. Buses should park in the back of the school (a more detailed map will be provided at a later date). Student drop-offs and judge parking can park in the front of the school.

The designated student section is in our gymnasium, located in the back of the school.  Please remember to have an adult supervise students while waiting for results, we will have a dance in the gym beginning at 7:00 pm.

COACHES: Please make sure to turn in your emergency roster at the check-in table.  Also please drop off your check if it has not already been mailed.

JUDGES: We are utilizing electronic ballots for our tournament.  Every judge must bring their own Chromebook or laptop for filling out rubrics. Remember phones are not allowed for use during the tournament. The judges' lounge is located on the south end of the school in our LGI. 

FOOD: We will be offering a light dinner for judges and coaches of subs and salad in the LGI and providing concessions for students, including hot dogs and pizza in the cafeteria.  Food must stay in the cafeteria and may not be taken into classrooms or the gym.

TAB and INFRACTIONS:  The tab room will be located in the library and the Infractions table will be outside the library. Please remember if you have an infraction, don’t submit your round until you speak to someone at the infractions table.

AWARDS:  All contestants will receive ribbons.  The top three in each category will receive medals. The top three teams in three size categories will receive trophies.  Awards will be held in the gym.
