UPDATE: We can accommodate all team sizes. No entry caps.
Entries are capped at 40 per team. 40 entries will count toward sweeps.
Registration:

Entries are due in Speechwire by Friday, January 30th. Late entries by Sunday, February 1st.

Drops may be made via Speechwire until midnight on Friday, February 6th.

Entries are capped at a total of 40 per team. We should have enough space, there are no more entry caps.
Judges:

Judges lounge is in the Calumet Room of the Student Union.

Please bring one judge for every 4 speakers or fraction thereof (3 Duo teams=2 judges).

We are using E-Balloting. Please bring a device.

Coaches - please confirm judges have speechwire accounts.

Final Registration is from 7:45 - 8:15AM at the Student Union & Library - all competitors and judges should report to this location.

Concessions/Food:

Lunch is provided by the PNW College of Humanities, Education and Social Sciences for students in the cafeteria. There is no cost for lunch. Lunch is provided for judges, coaches and bus drivers in the cafeteria.

Round 1 & 2 - 5 minute newscast with sign-on / sign-off, music - intro / outro.

We are using electronic Draw in Speechwire for Extemp Prep.

Awards - Ribbons for competitors up to 6th place. Trophies for Team Sweeps.
Doubling - Students may double in two events. No tripling allowed. This is not feasible due to students walking between buildings.
