Willmar Cardinal Junior High Speech Meet

 

We would like to welcome you and your 6-9th graders to join us for a junior high school Speech tournament Thursday, February 26. Our hope is to provide our youngest speakers with an opportunity to compete with others of a similar level.

 

There will be 3 rounds of competition. All 13 MSHSL categories will be offered and double entering is allowed. Draw categories will draw for each round.

 

 

ENTRIES:

The fee is $5/entry. 

 

 

JUDGES:

Each school needs to provide one judge for every six entries (or part of six). Experienced juniors and seniors may serve as judges for this tournament. Please list the categories your students compete in so we can avoid having them judge students they’ve competed with or will compete against.

 

ARRIVAL: 

You must let us know by 3:15 on Thursday afternoon that you have all students and judges checked in, with no further changes to your roster. We will be site scheduling, and hope to have schematics posted and blasted out to everyone before 3:30. We will have a judges meeting at 3:30 PM.
