Mankato West High School is hosting its annual Scarlet invitational on Feb 21st, 2026 in a NEW LOCATION for the season (Dakota Meadows Middle School 1900 W Howard Dr, North Mankato, MN 56003). 

 

We will be having all 13 MSHSL categories including novice division(students in grades 7-9 or first year competitors). Double entries will be allowed in all events.

 

Those competitors double entered in draw events and discussion are responsible for making both events. 

 

Registration will begin at 7:30am with round 1 draw events starting at 8:30 and round 1 beginning at 9:00 am for all events. I have left the registration open for adds/drops up until 7:45am on the 21st, but please do your best to have your final numbers in by Wednesday, February 18th at 3:00pm so I can begin to set rooms. Please make all adds/drops on Speechwire once you load your bus that morning. If you have additional adds/drops after 7:45am, please contact me if I have closed registrations at this time. Remember, any adds after the 18th at 3:00pm will be subject to available space in the tournament.
