General information

This is a High School tournament in Texas.

Please park in the back of the high school and enter through the cafeteria.

Students not competing in events should remain in the cafeteria.

Student restrooms are down the hall from the cafeteria.

A concession stand is available for students throughout the invitational in the cafeteria. 

We have a total cap of 42 entries for: Copy Editing, Editorial, Feature, Headline, News, and cap of 30 entries for Ready Writing. 

We will have individual (1st-6th) and team awards appropriate for each event. 

A hospitality room will be available for coaches, judges and bus drivers.

We are planning on having Chick-Fil-A for lunch; therefore, schools need to email Mr. Osborne the number of adult coaches and bus drivers coming from your school and their preference of (chicken nuggets or sandwich).
