Greetings, Speech & Debate Coaches and Competitors!

On behalf of the New Albany High School and Middle School Speech & Debate Teams, we are thrilled to invite you to the 2nd Annual New Albany Eagle Classic Speech and Debate Tournament!

We promise a fun, competitive, and well-organized day celebrating the very best of speech and debate.

📅 Date: Saturday, November 15, 2025 📍 Location: New Albany Campus 6600 E. Dublin-Granville Road New Albany, Ohio 43054

💬 Why You’ll Want to Attend

• All OSDA HS & MS events available – every category, every level

• Later start time to better accommodate out-of-district teams.

• Double entry allowed in all speech events (except MS), including Extemp!

• No team or base fee — just $6 per student entry.

• Awards & recognition for top finishers and novice competitors. Fuzzy stuffed eagles for 1st place finishers in each category and team trophies

• Three amazing food trucks on-site for lunch (with vegetarian & diet-friendly options).

• Judge hospitality room hosted by our outstanding New Albany teams.

⚖️ Judge Requirements

• Debate: 1 judge per 2 entries (or fraction thereof)

• Speech/Congress: 1 judge per 5 entries (or fraction thereof)

We’ll make room for your entries as long as you can cover them with judges!
