Hello to all you amazing Coaches,

 

Welcome to the return of the Annual Cary-Grove Fall Fest 2025 - Saturday, November 8, 2025. This competition will be a Varsity competition. We are so excited to host fantastic teams and competitors. 

 

Entry fees for teams with less than 28 entries (2 slots per event) are $175. Teams with 28-42 (or requiring 3 entries in an event) will be asked to pay $225 per team. We have done our best in the past to accommodate large teams. We hope to continue to do this. Should you need additional entries, please email as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee extra entries, we will try our best to allow students to compete as long as we have the space and the judges to support this. 

 

Entry fees should be sent to Cary-Grove High School, 2208 Three Oaks Road, Cary, IL 60013. Please make the check out to the Cary-Grove Speech Team - Sarah Nowak. Entry fees are required at the beginning of the tournament on Saturday, November 8, 2025. If this is not possible, don't hesitate to contact the tournament manager, Sarah Nowak at snowak@d155.org. 

 

Teams will be expected to provide 1 judge per every 6 entries. Judges are expected to stay for the full day (including final rounds). All teams will be responsible for final round judging entries as assigned. 

 

Our tournament will run with 3 preliminary rounds and a final round. The plan is to run on-time with the hope to be a little bit early. Remember, this is the first tournament for most people so we are all still trying to get in the groove. 

 

We will follow the schedule below:

 

Registration 7:00 AM

Coaches/Judges Meeting: 8 AM

R1: 8:30 AM

R2: 9:45 AM

R3: 11:00 AM

Final rounds will begin at 1:30 PM 

 

Awards will start promptly at 3:30 PM or before. We will hopefully be completely done by 4:00 PM. We've beaten that time in the past! 

 

The team is excited about hosting and stay tuned for the theme...I love a good theme!!!
