Welcome!  We are so glad you are joining us for our fourth annual Indian Community School (ICS) Small Teams Forensics Tournament. This is a small teams tournament so registration is limited to 15 entries.
SCHEDULE

Registration: 4:00 - 4:30
Judges Meeting in Library: 4:45
Contestant Meeting in Community Main: 4:55
Round I: 5:00 - 6:30
Round II: 6:30 - 8:00
Power Round 8:30
Dance in the Gym: After Round II
Awards: 9:30

DROPOFF:  ICS is located at 10405 St. Martins Road in Franklin, WI.  We have a dropoff circle where busses vans and parents can drop off students at the main entrance.  There is no parking in the circle.  Please move all buses and vans to the two parking lots East of the school.

The designated student section is in our Community Main area, directly inside the main doors.  Please find your labeled table(s) and stick to those spots.  Please remember to have an adult supervise students while waiting for results, we will have a dance in the gym beginning at 7:00 pm.

COACHES: Please make sure to turn in your emergency roster at the check-in table.  Also please drop off your check if it has not already been mailed.

JUDGES: We are utilizing electronic ballots for our tournament.  Every judge must bring their own Chromebook or laptop for filling out rubrics. Remember phones are not allowed for use during the tournament. The judges' lounge is located on the second floor in the Library.  The Guest WIFI Password is omashkooz

FOOD: We will be offering a light dinner for judges and coaches of subs and salad in the library and providing concessions for students, including hot dogs and pizza.  Food must stay in the community main area and may not be taken into classrooms, the gym, or the Drum.

TAB and INFRACTIONS:  The tab room will be located in the library office and the Infractions table will be outside the library. If you need assistance during a round please call #6191 from any phone in the building. Please remember if you have an infraction, don’t submit your round until you speak to someone at the infractions table.

AWARDS:  All contestants will receive ribbons.  The top three in each category will receive medals. The top three teams in three size categories will receive trophies.  Awards will be held in the Drum - adjacent to the community main.
