Dear Coaches, Teams, and Friends:
We are delighted to invite you to Shepherdstown, WV, for the CFA Fall Tournament on Friday and
Saturday, October 17 and 18, 2025.
This tournament will be available for registration on Speechwire.com. Registration is open now through
October 11 at 5 p.m.
The tournament will feature 11 forensic and 2 debate events, all sanctioned by CFA. We will begin on
Friday with debate and the first round of all forensic events. Registrations permitting, we will have two
preliminary rounds of all forensic events followed by finals. Forensic finals will consist of the top six
competitors in each category. The Debate competition will include four preliminary rounds of each
Parliamentary and Lincoln-Douglas Debate and a final round of each, featuring the top two teams. Each
competitor’s points will count toward CFA’s end-of-year individual awards.
The competition will be held on East Campus in White Hall and, if needed, in Knutti Hall and/or Stutzman-
Slonaker Hall. Registration, tabulation and posting of all events will take place in White Hall. White Hall,
along with the other buildings, is located along High Street. Free parking is available across from White
Hall in A-Lot. There is also metered parking along the street. Please note, the meters are $0.50/hour, run
through 6 p.m. and are regularly enforced.

● School Fee $ 20.00
● Entry Fee – Slots 1-30 $ 7.00/slot
● Entry Fee – Slots 31+ $10.00/slot
● Hired Judging Fee $15.00/slot
● Late Entry Fee $25.00
● Nuisance Fee for Changes $10.00/change
● Individual Fee $10.00/person
Please report any changes to Christine after the registration deadline. On Friday, November 1st, please call in or text changes to (570) 926-5580. Leave a detailed voicemail or text message. Nuisance charges will apply if schematics have been prepared and if changes cannot be easily accommodated.
