This tournament is our annual congress teaching tournament for student congress. The day is split into two parts. From 8:00-11:00 there will be a clinic designed to teach students how to compete in congress and be competitive at a state level. The clinic will be taught by previous state champions in the event from our school. The second half of the day will be one congress round from 11:30-2:30. The tournament will use the TFA fall dockett items 1-10. Ideally there will be 3 rooms with novice and varsity competitors mixed, and we will recognize the top 6 competitors for each room along with a top novice competitor. We will also mail out a meal form to every school within a week of the tournament if you would like to purchase meals for your school. The tournament is only running congress, so we anticipate the tourney to be ran completely on paper. Speechwire will only be used to put in entries.
