CHSAA 3A States will be using the February NSDA topic for Public Forum Debate.
Resolved: The United States should accede to the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court.
JUDGES
Teams will be expected to bring judges to this meet! All coaches must communicate their school’s judge’s email addresses to CHSAA no later than January 30th.
Each school should bring one judge for every five event entries and every two debate entries. Additional judges are always appreciated and help the tournament to run on time. Coaches and assistant coaches are expected to be available for the duration of the tournament and may be asked to judge if needed. Judges will have the opportunity to be paid $15 per round.
Judging qualifications indicate that judges should have judged at least one invitational tournament. (Graduated competitors have met this requirement.)
We hope to see you at Niwot at the 3A State Tournament! Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
Sincerely,
Diane Wagener (Battle Mountain High School) and Greg Hansen (Dawson School)
