Here are the details for the HUDL City Championship - 

  • Date: March 2, 2024,
  • Time: 7:15am to 6:00 pm (4 rounds of most events)
  • Location: Bob Casey Federal Courthouse,  515 Rusk St., Houston, 77002  
  • Platform: Speechwire.com, all ballots will be electronic- please bring a laptop.
  • Events: Congress, Policy Debate (CX), World Schools Debate (WSD), Lincoln Douglas Debate (LD)

PARKING
There are parking garages located in the courthouse vicinity.  Please consider using public transit, ride share or carpool as the parking options downtown are limited.   We are not able to validate parking so please make sure you follow all posted parking guidelines.  Parking at meters or on the street is not recommended.

 

SECURITY

All students, parents, coaches, and teachers will be required to go through security.  This will require a photo ID. All material will be scanned, similar to airport security.
