Welcome to the 2024 American Forensic Association's National Speech Tournament

Important Deadlines:

• The last day to earn at-large qualification legs in March 10th
• Entries are due by March 18th
• Fees will be assessed on March 20th
• After March 20th, entry changes = $50 fee
• After March 20th, Judge drops = $125 fee

Judge Training

This training is required for all judges entered in the tournament regardless of how much judging experience they have. By entering a judge, a school assumes responsibility for ensuring that the judge will have completed judge training prior to April 5th. Judge Training

Anti-Sexual Harassment Training 

The process for this training has been greatly simplified. The required training is short but provides important information that is specific to the NST. Teams need to complete the verification form linked here and turn it into their district chair by April 5th (or by an earlier deadline established by the district chair).
