We are almost there!

The Longfellow Meet is on Friday Feb 23rd

You will receive your codes by Mon. Feb 19th.  Please make sure you copy the map and the codes for your students.  

Our school is in session until 3:30 and the students need time to clear and get picked up.  DO NOT ENTER the building until 3:45!  Drop off is in the back of the building , which is where check-in is.  There is limited parking in the lot behind the school and on the side of the school.  There is a parking lot behind the library which is across the street from the school.  Please try to drop kids off at the building so they don’t have to walk across North Avenue. 

Food:

We will have concessions for sale: pizza, nachos, drinks, baked goods, etc.

Judges:

You must furnish one judge for every 5 entries or fraction thereof. An additional fee of $75 will be charged for each judge we provide.  Please be sure that the judges that you provide have had the new judges training.

Awards:

Ribbons will be awarded to every contestant.  An average of 62 or higher will earn a blue ribbon, and an average of 61 or lower will earn a red ribbon.  Ind. medals and team trophies.

Schedule:

3:45-4:00 Registration

4:10   Judges( in Rec room) and students meet (in gym)

4:15 Round 1

5:15-6:15 Dinner in cafe. Concessions sold in Cafeteria.

6:00 Round 2 (earlier if we can)

8:00 Awards and team trophies!
