ENTRIES
• Entry deadline: Please submit initial entries by Monday, February 12th and make any changes on or before Wednesday (2/14/24).
• Multi-entries: Double entries will be allowed. Triple entries are also allowed, provided that only one category is a draw category.
• Entry caps: There is no limit to total team entries. However, as space in our building is limited, we may need to cap total entries per category to ensure that we can safely provide space for each entered performer. In the event of an entry cap, we will send out further communication.
• Entry fees: $7.00 per entry.
• Drops: All drops after 5pm on Wednesday (2/14/24) will be assessed a $7 drop fee. We will be site-scheduling, so entries may be modified until 8:00am on the morning of the tournament. If you are having trouble with making your drops that morning, please contact Tabroom Manager Sarah Etheridge (952-857-9572) as soon as possible. Any other questions regarding logistics of the event, please contact Tournament Manager Andrew Brady (952-836-4347).
• Judge obligations: Each school is required to provide one judge for every six (6) entries, or fraction thereof. Schools who do not meet this obligation will be assessed an $80 fee per missing judge. Please make every effort to provide the required number of judges based on your entries as of the 2/14/24 deadline for drops.
