Coaches Information Sheet Registration:
We’ll be using SpeechWire for registration. This is the ONLY way to register for our Tournament. To register your team, visit: www.speechwire.com. A fee of $10.00 for each individual entry and $16.00 for each group entry (Group Interp, Play Acting). Entry fees are per entry, not per student. Fees will be based on your confirmed entries. This is a Single Entry Festival only, please.

Deadline:
You must register via SpeechWire by Friday, Feb. 2nd at NOON. You can make changes online until Friday, Feb. 9th at Noon. After that point, email drops to jackjen@ug.k12.wi.us at your earliest possible convenience. Entries dropped after that time will still be charged. Day of tournament drops are strongly discouraged.
It will be a THREE round followed by a POWER ROUND traditional tournament. We will be using the WISDAA critique sheets for scoring, but also asking judges to provide a rank in each round for all students!
Awards:
There will be two divisions for Awards: Large team and Small team -- First-Third place for both divisions. (Team size cutoffs will be determined the day of the tournament.) Each category will also have trophies for the first-third place finishers in power rounds and medals for power round finalists.
Judges:
Schools must provide one judge for every five (or fraction thereof) entries. A limited number of hired judges will be available at a cost of $150 each. Judges do not need to be WISDAA certified to judge at this particular meet.
Food: Domino's Pizza will be available for purchase $2.00 per slice There will be snacks and drinks/water available for purchase all day. Lunch will be available for purchase starting at 11:30 am.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Buses can drop off students in the SOUTH Parking Lot by the gym entrance.
The judge area is the FOODS ROOMS.
The student area is the CAFETERIA.
Radio Broadcasting & Extemporaneous drawing area is the LIBRARY.
There is NO SMOKING or VAPING in the building or on school grounds.
