Hello!

We are excited to invite you to the Hylander Invitational on Saturday, January 13^th, 2024 at Columbia Heights High School. 

 

The tournament will consist of three prelim rounds and a final round. Double entries are allowed with the exception that students may not be double entered in two draw events or a draw event and Discussion.

7:30 AM - Teams Begin Arriving to Columbia Heights High School

8:00 AM - Confirm Entries in Speechwire (will be live scheduling)

8:30 AM - Draw Round 1

9:00 AM - Round 1

9:15 AM - Round 1 Discussion

10:00 AM - Draw Round 2

10:30 AM - Round 2

10:45 AM - Round 2 Discussion

11:30 AM - Draw Round 3

12:00 PM - Round 3

12:15 PM - Round 3 Discussion

1:30 PM – Awards or ASAP

 

Registration and Fees

The cost is $7 per entry.

Our registration deadline is Thursday January 11th, at 4:00PM

We will be site scheduling, so please let us know by 8:00 AM on tournament day if there are any changes. You can report changes to 320-293-3582.

Checks can be made out to Columbia Heights Public Schools Attn: Speech Team

 

Judges: Please provide one judge for every six (6) entries or fraction thereof.
