Greetings from Fergus Falls! Fergus Falls Public Schools, now a member of Section 8AA, is excited to announce their hosting their annual speech tournament "Fergus Falls Rotary's Otter Orations" on January 27th, 2024. This year it will be a 3 prelim rounds, finals and honors finals tournament with medals for 1st through 6th place in both finals. Teams need to enter 1 judge for every 6 contestants. Entry fees are 7.00 per entry.  We hope this will be a fun early meet for many young speakers, and we hope to see you there.
