D211 JV/Novice Turkey Tourney

Speech Coaches –
Conant High School is excited to host the JV/Novice Tournament portion of the District 211 Turkey Tournament on November 18th. The Varsity Tournament will be held down the road at Hoffman Estates High School.
Students will compete in 3 rounds with no finals rounds. Extemp will prep once before Round I and use this speech for all 3 rounds. Radio will prep at home and deliver that speech for all 3 rounds.
The entry fee will cover 28 entries. Please add $50 to your fee for more than 28 entries and email me with your additions. I will add extras as space allows.
Fees: $175, payable to Conant High School Speech, ATTN: Vera Bass
Judges: Please bring one judge for every 6 entries.

7:30 Registration
8:00 Extemp Prep / Coaches meeting
8:30 Round I: All events
10:00 Round II: All events
11:30 Round III: All events
1:30 Awards
Extras: If you would like good extemp questions, please upload extemp questions in Speechwire. Otherwise, competitors will work through whatever I can come up with. We will be running the tournament live and with digital ballots to save us all time and headache. Competitors can subscribe to get updates, and we will also post schematics in the cafeteria area.
