Rules: This tournament is run according to the rules of the Wisconsin Forensics Coaches Association.  We will offer WFCA categories, as well as the NCFL category, Oral Declamation, and the additional category of Extemp Reading. Oral Declamation will follow NCFL rules. These are available under the "Files for Download" tab. In addition, Extemporaneous Reading rules will also be available under this tab with practice material for this event.
