Dear UIL Academics Coordinators and Coaches:

 

The Medina Valley High School UIL Academics program cordially invites you to participate in our Set-A UIL Tournament on January 13, 2024. This event will feature all of the high school UIL events including speech and debate and hands-on Computer Science.

There will be food and fun a plenty. Students will be offered meal tickets by our BBQ Team; please fill out the following form so we can allocate student meal tickets (https://forms.gle/P4rr7JhvTfGbDLH68). Coaches and bus drivers will have a hospitality room catered by the BBQ team.  

We ask that all entries be submitted as soon as possible; student meals and registration close on December 20th. We will allow adds, drops, and revisions without a fee through December 20th as I know things change over the break. If there is an issue, please feel free to email me.

Please have two checks ready for registration; one for the meet and the other for student meals. The Bar-B-Que team will only be preparing enough meals based on Google form for students.
