Please follow the instructions on this page to register your entries.
Registration for NEW ENTRIES will close on THURSDAY, April 4th at 3pm. Changes (drops or name changes) can be made until 12pm on April 9th. Any changes after that, please text Erin Ryan at 954.683.6452 with the school name, student who is dropping, and her/his event.
You MUST arrive for the tournament between 1:00pm and 2:00pm. If you arrive after 2:00 you will get caught in Everglades HS dismissal traffic and could miss/forfeit the first round.
We strongly advise that you pre-order pizzas for your teams for $12 each. PIZZA SALES CLOSE TOMORROW, April 2rd at NOON. They will additional concessions for sale throughout the tournament.
Everyone will stay in the auditorium until Everglades allows us to move to the cafeteria and round 1 is ready to begin (hopefully around 3:15pm)
Public Forum –The resolution will be the same for the first and second tournaments: Resolved: The United States federal government should forgive all federal student loan debt.
Congress legislation is available in the Elementary Debate Canvas Course. Per usual, chambers might not debate both bills if time does not allow.
