The Malcolm High School speech team would like to invite the schools of the Trailblazer Conference to the 2023 Conference Speech Tournament on February 16th, 2023.

Entries can be submitted through Speechwire.  The tournament will be flighted.  Numbers permitting we'll aim for two rounds of prelims and then a round of finals.

Registration is from 8:15-8:50 AM, followed by a general meeting at 8:50, with the First-Round Flt-A beginning at 9:00am. First-Round Extemp prep begins at 8:15am, with First-Round Flt-B starting at 9:15am.

Each school is allowed up to 2 entries in each event. Champion, and Runner-up  team sweepstakes plaques will be awarded. Medals will be awarded to the top 2 in each event.

The conference will be providing judges. All judges need to be available for finals.

There will be concessions available.  The hospitality lounge will be open for hired judges, coaches and bus drivers.

***Entries are due by 12:00 PM on Tuesday, February 14nd, 2023. Although, having them earlier would help.***
