Rocky Mountain South National Qualifying Congress
General information This information is from a tournament in a past season! This is a High School tournament in Colorado. View manager contact information This year we will be at D'Evelyn Jr/Sr High School on Saturday, March 4th. Address: 10359 W Nassau Ave, Denver, CO 80235 We are currently planning on four House Chambers of roughly 15 students in each chamber. The AM session will serve as the prelim session, breaking to a final round "Super Session" in the afternoon. Top 5 students from each chamber will advance to Super Sesssion. Qualifiers in the House will be determined by finals placement of the 20 students in the Super Session. The Senate will have 1 chamber. Senators will debate in both the AM and PM session. Ranks from both sessions will be used to determine our National Qualifying Senators. Please work on recruiting judges! Especially judges clean to judge your students. We will need 15 judges throughout the day to properly run it. FOOD INFORMATION:
For lunch, there are several fast food restaurants within a close drive: Dunkin Donuts, Taco Bell, Burger King, McDonald's, Star Bucks, Subway, Dairy Queen. A little further away, kids will find Wendy's, Noodles and Company, Whole Foods. There is nothing within walking distance.
We will be providing lunches for judges.
