Greeting Coaches!

We would love to have you join us again (or for the first time) for a weekend of Novice competition.  We will host our annual Novice Invitational Tournament this November 19th at West Chicago Community High School.  This tournament is for first-year speakers only.  Our happy little competition will have three preliminary rounds and no final.  Prelim Round Ranks will determine award standings.  Ideally, teams will complete the tournament and head to awards around 2:00 pm.

The exact schedule is included but, as always, subject to change up until the day of the competition.  I will keep you posted were that to happen.  This tournament is an excellent opportunity for teams to send their new competitors who want to get another rep in and engage in some friendly, early-season competition.  I want to open this up to any team wishing to participate and cap entries at two per event to begin.  I need to ensure interest and proper numbers before granting more extensive programs a third entry.  You can request, but no promises until closer to the actual date.  So, please enter your acceptance and numbers as soon as you can.  Rest assured, you will be greeted warmly, treated royally, and be involved in some good novice competition.

Concessions will be available in the cafeteria throughout the day.  Have buses drop your teams off and enter through door “A” on the West side of the school, then walk straight down that hallway to registration.  Schedule, Entry Fees, and Expectations are as follows:

November 19th, at West Chicago Community High School

326 Joliet Street, West Chicago, IL  60185
