Dear Amazing MLFA Forensic Coaches,
Your team is registered to attend the Virtual Cudahy Middle School Forensic Meet.
We are excited to host you and your team for this Meet which will take place
on Saturday, February 19, 2022.
Please provide one trained judge for every five entries or fraction thereof. Be certain that
judges are properly trained and have read and understand MLFA rules, including this year's
rule changes and new critiques. It is very important that you and the judges review the changes for both the Impromptu and Group Improvisation categories. These 2 categories were not used last year and significant changes have been incorporated to provide for assessing contestants virtually in these categories this year.
As always, providing the correct number of judges to a meet is vital for the success of the meet. (You will be charged $80.00 for every one of your judges that do not show up on the day of the meet.) Also, please make sure each of your judges has a stopwatch. Speechwire critiques require a notation of time used, not start and stop times. Thank you in advance for making sure your judges are present and ready to go on the day of the meet.
No more than 6 entries per category will be permitted.
Registration:
The entry fee is $6.00 per student.
Please make all checks payable to Cudahy Middle School Forensics, and send along with
your registration invoice to:
