Greetings Coaches!

 

This SpeechWire page is where you'll officially register students for the 2022 Eastern Missouri NSDA Congressional Debate District Tournament.  This is the 1st stage of a 3-part District Touranment Series.  The Series of tournaments will determine the qualifiers to the 2022 National Speech & Debate Association National Tournament.

 

CONGRESSIONAL DEBATE will be held Saturday, February 26, 2022 from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm at Parkway South High School

 

THIS IS NOT AN OPEN INVITATIONAL - YOUR SCHOOL MUST BE "SPEECHWIRE INVITED" BY THE EASTMO NSDA DISTRICT CHAIR!  SpeechWire invitations were first sent at 9:00 am January 14, 2022 to schools who are listed as "active" on the NSDA website!  If you did NOT recieve the SpeechWire invitation, this means your school is not currently listed as active and, thus, currently not eligible for this tournament.  Please contact the Justin Seiwell at nsda@eastmoforensics.com and we can get this fixed in as little as 48 hours!

 

IMPORTANT DEADLINES:

--Legislation is due via the EastMO NSDA website (not SpeechWire) by January 19, 2022.

--Preliminary Entries are due via SpeechWire by February 11, 2022.

--Final Registration is due via SpeechWire by February 19, 2022.

--Chamber Placement forms via the EastMO NSDA website (not SpeechWire) are due by February 19, 2022.
