Dear Forensics Coach,

The Sun Prairie High School Forensics team invites you and your team to the fifteenth annual Sun Prairie Forensics Tournament. The tournament is scheduled for Saturday, February 5, 2022. Our goal is to reach schools in a variety of regions throughout the state. We are prepared to offer a professionally-run, fun and exciting day of competition.

The tournament will be held IN PERSON at Sun Prairie High School (888 Grove Street).

COVID Mitigation:

- ALL PARTICIPANTS ARE TO BE MASKED WHILE ON CAMPUS, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF WHEN THEY ARE EATING OR DRINKING.  This includes during performances. This is in accordance with local regulations.

- Teams will be assigned a team warm up room. Teams should also use this room for lunch.  This room could also be used for preliminary competition rounds, so students must keep all personal belongings with them.

- Concessions will be offered for purchase.  Concessions area will be set up to allow for distancing.

- A limited number of spectators will be allowed to view final rounds.  All spectators, performers, and judges must be masked. Team rooms will be available for those who choose not to attend a final round.

- Electronic ballots will be strongly encouraged.   Judges must come with their own Wi-Fi enabled laptop, tablet or personal device.  Paper ballots will be available for judges who prefer to write critiques by hand.

- Schematics and power round postings will be made via speechwire.com.

- Awards will be held in the auditorium.  Teams should clump together and separate themselves from other schools as much as possible.

-Allowance of one 4x6 notecard in Oratory
