Hello!
Bradley Bourbonnais Community High School is thrilled to host our third annual Boilermaker Classic. We hope you will be able to join us!
DATE:
Saturday, January 15th, 2022
COVID-19 Stuff:
Obviously COVID provides us with challenges that may cause the need to amend, adjust, or completely contradict the information below. I will be sure to communicate those changes early and often.
Competitors will need to be masked for the duration of the day, unless actively eating or drinking.
STRUCTURE:
We plan to have two, staggered, in-person preliminary rounds, followed by a varsity final.
depending upon numbers, we reserve the right to change to 3 straight rounds of preliminary competition, followed by the same varsity final
Radio and Extemp will prep once for prelims, and once again for finals
Please plan to arrive no later than 7:30
ENTRY:
Each team may enter two speakers into each event. If more are required, please ask.
Teams will register online using SpeechWire
JUDGES:
Each team is expected to bring one qualified judge for every five entries, up to 5 judges per team.
If you are bringing more than one team (or more than 28 entries, please provide judges to cover those entries as needed.)
FEES:
1 - 28 Entries: $150
29-42 Entries: $200
EVENTS:
All 14 IHSA Events.
No PIR.
AWARDS:
All individual finalists

REGISTRATION:
Begins at 7:15am.
