General Info:  (THIS IS A TOTALLY LIVE, IN-PERSON TOURNAMENT)

  • Currently, the default entries will be that teams can go 3-deep (3 entries) per event.  If you need extra entries in specific events, please email me. Preference will be shown to schools who show NCHS the same courtesy. Otherwise, no extra entries will be granted.
  • Concessions will be open all day for breakfast and lunch. We will have vegetarian selections. (It will most likely be pizza and sandwiches again.)
  • Have your buses plan to drop students off in the bus circle by the football field (Porter Ave.), there is a circle turn-around for easy access. And drivers will be able to easily park in the lot. Buses must park at the auditorium (Corner of West & Hillside)
  • Ensure that you are prepared for inclement weather. If your team is unable to attend due to weather conditions please let me know as soon as possible. You will still be responsible for the number of judges you were to supply based on your original entries. If you are unable to send your judges I will supply them at a fee of $25 per round for the day.
  • Please be prepared for snow.
  • WE WILL BE GOING WITH PAPER BALLOTS.
NEW COVID-ERA RULES:
-Each team will have its own table. It is your job to make sure that you know where each student is sitting just in case.
-We will put a cap to the number of observers per final room. Once the cap is full, students will have to find another final. The cap is about 20-25 per classroom. We'll try to find bigger classrooms for HDA, HI, OC.  ;)
-Unfortunately, NO TRIPLE ENTERING WILL BE ALLOWED THIS YEAR.  Our nurses want to limit movement. Double entries are still fine.
-We're thinking about how we can do awards. We may have a stream from our auditorium to classrooms and such. TBD.
-Please make sure that any adults who come into the building (judges, coaches, parents) are vaccinated OR provide proof of a negative test. You are in charge of your own adults, so please make sure no outbreaks occur by checking!
