Dear Fellow 6dayworkweekers,

This is the official invitation to the 2021 Mentor Mark Rotar-nament Tournament.  

When:  Saturday, November 20, 2021
Where:  Online via Speechwire and NSDA Campus

Registration Deadline:  Thursday, November 18, 2018 at 10pm
Cost $5 per student

General Info:  All events: IE, Policy, LD, PF, Big Qs and Congressional Debate. PPlus the OSDA Middle School events.

Judge requirements:

Debate - 1 Judge per 1 or 2  entries
        Speech & Congress - 1 Judge for up to 5 entries
 (2 for 6-10, 3 for 11 - 15, etc.)
          

Please register judges by Thursday, November 18 at 10 PM.


Check in:  Check in will be from 8:00am to 8:30am.  Please be prompt, we would like to begin Round I promptly at 9:00am.  Extemp draw is scheduled for 8:31am.
 

Debate Topics – We will use the November resolutions.  The MS Public Forum resolution is Resolved: The federal government should provide two years of free community college to all Americans.

Congress will use the state docket for Nov 20.

Middle School Congress will use items 1, 3, 5, 6, 7 on the OSDA Middle School docket.

Big Questions Debate entries are free.
