Southern and Northern Atlantic Forensics Union

The Southern and Northern Atlantic Forensic Union (SNAFU) cordially invites you and your students to attend all of the 2021 - 2022 SNAFU Season Tournaments. For the 2021- 2022 season, ALL Fall SNAFU tournaments will be virtual! We will announce modality for our Spring tournaments at a later date. SNAFU tournaments are part of swings either with the host school or as an all SNAFU swing; both tournaments will take place virtually for the fall.  At all tournaments we will offer all 11 AFA events at both halves of the swing, as well as IPDA Debate.  In addition, we will offer a novice breakout round in an event if the entries are warranted at SNAFUs 1-4, at the tournament director’s discretion. We will offer a novice division in IPDA at SNAFUs 4 and 5, if entries warrant and at the tournament director's discretion. A novice debater shall be defined as someone in the first year of debate (including high school) competition. The entry for all tournaments will be due by Wednesday before the tournaments by 3:00pm eastern time. What follows is information that should make your trip to the swings easier to plan:
